| For those of you who have followed the distillery on facebook, this is old news. For those who have not, then enjoy:
October 2009 was essentially the conception of Immortal Spirits & Distilling Company.
Months of jumping the bureaucratic hoops for federal, state, and city licensing were to follow.
Hour upon hours of FABRICATION for the equipment, set up and testing...

Following licensure and final inspections as fast as possible, we set out to test the still. On Saturday the 5th, 75 gallons of syrah we made last year was successfully distilled.
